Hello Laugh Pact Pack!
With Laughter Yoga, we ask ourselves and others to choose to laugh. This laughter quickly becomes natural, genuine laughter. From there, spontaneous feelings of joy emerge. I think Andrew Weil’s quote is a great description of how Laughter Yoga creates joy.
