Contraindications of Laughter Yoga

What are the contraindications?

Hands on a TreeLaughter Yoga is generally safe, easy, and a lot of fun. It’s a low impact exercise that is accessible to all ages and physical abilities. We encourage you to participate with whatever energy level you choose. Always feel free to modify or refrain from any activity that might cause you discomfort. No new pain! But hey, laughter can dehydrate, so drink more water.

  1. Advanced (bleeding) piles
  2. Any kind of hernia
  3. Any major surgeries within the last 3 months
  4. Any persistent cough
  5. Anything with acute symptoms
