You’ll learn the origin story, the concept and philosophy, how to do Laughter Yoga in a group and even alone, the many health benefits, and all of the places it can be applied. The way Dr. Kataria writes is very approachable. It makes the book a quick and highly enjoyable read. I find myself revisiting sections of “Laughter Yoga” frequently.
