Welcome to this exploration of combining the complementary healing modalities of Laughter Yoga and ASMR. The introduction is followed by an ASMR Laughter Yoga Session.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian. It is a pleasant, euphoric tingling sensation that a person experiences from certain sounds like whispering, tapping, and scratching. Laughter Yoga is a form of exercise that combines unconditional laughing with deep yogic breathing, which results in extensive health benefits. Please join me and laugh along to experience the benefits of Laughter Yoga Together with ASMR.
