Guided Laughter Meditation: Release Fear and Reduce Stress

👋🏼 Hello Laughter Lovers!

Have you ever done a Guided Laughter Meditation? This is my first endeavor at writing a meditation script and composing music to accompany it. The music utilizes the Solfeggio frequency 396 Hz to release fear. It also includes binaural beats in the theta waves of 6 Hz (please wear headphones to enhance your experience). This frequency combined with laughter will reduce stress and promote relaxation throughout your body.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian. It is a pleasant, euphoric tingling sensation that a person experiences from certain sounds like whispering, tapping, and scratching. Laughter Yoga is a form of exercise that combines unconditional laughing with deep yogic breathing, which results in extensive health benefits.
