Welcome to Session #4 in the series called Take 5 Laughter Challenge, where we do 5 Laughter Yoga exercises in 5 minutes. In this one, we’ll mix Brain Gym exercises with Laughter Yoga to improve brain function. Many of these were learned from Dr. Kataria’s wonderful Zoom/Facebook Live sessions.
