👋🏼Hello Laughter Lovers!

Take 5 with me and get your laugh on! Here’s #2 of this new series where we do 5 Laughter Yoga exercises in 5 minutes.

You’ll see Murmur the Laughter Yoga Cat on the back of the sofa in full support of my laughter antics. (And by “full support,” I mean pleasantly ignoring me while looking out the window. Very good, very good! YAY!)
