Seated Laughter Yoga Session: 13 Minutes Punching Laughter

I’m happy to present the first video from a brand new series featuring Seated Laughter Yoga Sessions. When I started doing Laughter Yoga, I had a severe case of plantar fasciitis, which forced me to stay off of my feet for months. I still wanted to exercise and the accessibility of Laughter Yoga was immediately appealing. I was able to simultaneously heal my body and mind.

And soooooo… this series is for everyone who needs that seated option. It’s perfectly accessible to all physical abilities!

I hope you enjoy this series! On Friday, I’ll share the matching Quick version of this session with no instructions and all action.

Laughter Yoga Session: 13 Minutes Bubble Breath & Laughter

๐Ÿ‘‹๐ŸผHello! Tuesday is here and with it brings a NEW full & complete Laughter Yoga session! I had a LOT of fun with this one…

  • First, it was warm enough to do it outside. YAY! How nice to feel the sun shining down!
  • Second, I included an exercise from the wonderful Laughter Yoga Master Trainers from India: Jagat Singh Bisht & Radhika Bisht of LifeSkills. They’re a big inspiration to me, so this is my way of paying homage.
  • Third, when I was doing post-production, I got a little extra creative… let’s call it FLAIR! I hope you like!
