👋🏼Hello!

I’m happy to present the first video from a brand new series featuring Seated Laughter Yoga Sessions. When I started doing Laughter Yoga, I had a severe case of plantar fasciitis, which forced me to stay off of my feet for months. I still wanted to exercise and the accessibility of Laughter Yoga was immediately appealing. I was able to simultaneously heal my body and mind.

And soooooo… this series is for everyone who needs that seated option. It’s perfectly accessible to all physical abilities!
