Have you tried a Laughermations Session? Laughermations combines Laughter Yoga and Affirmations. We start each exercise with deep breathing and saying an affirmation 3 times out loud. Then we do a corresponding Laughter Yoga exercise while keeping the statement in mind. The more you feel and connect to each statement, the more rooted they will be become. You can build and strengthen a positive, resilient mental state.
