Laugh Pact List: Trick-Or-Treat?

Robert Brault Quote👋 Hello Laugh Pact Pals!

I LOVE Halloween. I also LOVE how childlike playfulness is encouraged in Laughter Yoga. So I suppose it’s no wonder why this Robert Brault quote spoke to me. Does it speak to you?

I challenge you to embrace childlike playfulness and look for the “brightly-lit front porch” this Halloween month. To help make it easy, check out the Halloween Laugh Along video I released last week. You can also listen to the audio on all digital music sites (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). And next week I’ll be sharing a Halloween-themed Laughter Yoga Session and a Take 5 Session. I guarantee that they will be far more silly than spooky.

Storytime & Laughter Meditation: Spider Monkey

👋🏼 Hello Laughter Lovers!

This is a story about a little spider monkey. It’s also a story about friendship, love, grief, and laughter. The story concludes with a Laughter Meditation in honor of Godfrey and whoever you would like to honor.

This video is more candid and personal than usual. It makes me feel oddly vulnerable to share it. I debated. Nevertheless, I’m going for it. Here’s a different side of me. I hope you like it.

This new series combines Laughter Yoga and affirmations. We‘ll start each exercise with deep breathing and saying an affirmation 3 times out loud. Then we’ll do a corresponding Laughter Yoga exercise while keeping the statement in mind. Give it a try and please let me know what you think in the YouTube comments.
