Laughermations: Laughter Yoga + Positive Affirmations

Want to try something new with me? This new Laughermations series combines Laughter Yoga and affirmations. We‘ll start each exercise with deep breathing and saying an affirmation 3 times out loud. Then we’ll do a corresponding Laughter Yoga exercise while keeping the statement in mind.
