It’s amazing to me how perfectly fitting these practices are together. Laughter instantly elevates your mood, increases your energy and motivation, and builds a positive, resilient mental state. Affirmations help you develop positive beliefs and turn them into reality. It feels like a serendipitous combination to me.

Inspiration struck a few weeks ago, when it occurred to me that regular Laughter Meditation could be enhanced by music. Which then made me think… why not make the Laughter Meditation guided and design the music support the intended purpose?

And so… I started researching healing meditation music. There are so many amazing things to learn… so many ways to craft music to enhance a meditation. Solfeggio frequencies and binaural beats grabbed my attention. Both can affect the mind and body in ways that compliment the many benefits of laughter.

So hey, try out this Guided Laughter Meditation and let me know what you think. I will be creating more with various purposes (i.e. this one helps welcome change). Your input will help me make them better.

Have you ever done a Guided Laughter Meditation? This is my first endeavor at writing a meditation script and composing music to accompany it. The music utilizes the Solfeggio frequency 396 Hz to release fear. It also includes binaural beats in the theta waves of 6 Hz (please wear headphones to enhance your experience). This frequency combined with laughter will reduce stress and promote relaxation throughout your body.ย
